Hazfi Cup Matches Rescheduled

16 matches have been moved to 23 December.

Hazfi Cup Matches Rescheduled

In a show of national unity, Iranian Football League have rescheduled two Hazfi Cup Round of 16 matches to Tuesday, December 23, to align with a major national rally.

The decision follows the December 22 attacks carried out by armed terrorists backed by foreign and Zionist elements that resulted in the martyrdom of civilians and security personnel. In solidarity with the nation, football clubs, the league, and the federation are joining the nationwide demonstration.

As a result, the following matches will now be played on Tuesday, December 23:

  • Shams Azar vs. Tractor Tabriz: 13:30, Sardar Azadegan Stadium, Qazvin
  • Foolad Hormozgan vs. Esteghlal: 14:00, Shahid Nasiri Stadium, Yazd

The rescheduling reflects the football community’s commitment to national values and security.
