
Specialized Football Management Courses to Be Held
In line with the Federation’s developmental policies aimed at enhancing the managerial knowledge of football professionals across the country, a series of specialized football management courses will be held at various levels.
In this regard, Heydat Mombeni, Secretary General of the Football Federation, has issued a formal letter to provincial football associations, requesting them to nominate up to three qualified individuals who meet the Federation’s criteria and requirements for participation in these courses.
Applicants have until August 18 to submit their documents to the Education Committee.
It is worth noting that nominated individuals, upon successful evaluation of their credentials and subsequent participation in instructor training programs, may be appointed as certified instructors within the Federation’s official panel of football management educators—provided they meet the required standards.
Mandatory Criteria for Instructor Nomination:
1. Academic Qualifications
- Minimum of a Master’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Sports Management
- Management (related disciplines)
- Physical Education with a specialization in Management
2. Professional Experience in Football
- At least 3 years of playing experience in recognized national leagues
- Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in club operations, provincial associations, or the Football Federation
- At least 2 years of teaching experience at accredited universities or educational institutions
3. Key Skills Required
- Familiarity with educational and presentation technologies (e.g., PowerPoint)
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
