A meeting was held this evening with the presence of the IRIFF Secretary General and Club Licensing members with the officials of Esteghlal F.C. regarding the AFC Club Licensing related matters of Esteghlal F.C.
According to the IRIFF official website news, the meeting was held this evening regarding the AFC Club Licensing related matters of Esteghlal F.C. with the presence of: Mr. Hassan Kamranifar, IRIFF Secretary General, Mr. Mustafa Zarei, IRIFF Club Licensing Manager, Ms. Maede Jafari and Mr. Sajed Sheikhy (IRIFF Club Licensing Experts), and Mr. Mostafa Ajorlu, Esteghlal F.C. General Manager, Mr. Farshid Samiei, the Club’s Legal Assistant, Mr. Saeed Fatahi, the Club’s Sport Assistant, Mr. Farzad Naderi, the Club Licensing Officer, Mr. Behnam Nasiri, the Club Licensing Expert, and the Club Financial and Legal experts.
Members present at the meeting discussed the issues and matters raised by the AFC FIB Committee last year for Esteghlal F.C. Club Licensing. Regarding the Sporting Criteria, Personnel and Administrative Criteria, Legal Criteria, Infrastructure Criteria and Financial Criteria of Esteghlal F.C., some issues were discussed so that the necessary proceedings will be made by the club in order to fulfill the requirements according to the AFC for next Club Licensing cycle.
It was also decided that the Legal Department of Esteghlal F.C. should take the necessary measures with the IRI Ministry of Sport and Youth to determine the ownership of the club.
Regarding the club’s Infrastructure, it was decided that with the cooperation of the IRI Ministry of Sport and Youth, the Development and Equipment Company, as well as the Azadi Stadium, the requirements needed for the stadiums will be examined, and by removing the obstacles, the conditions for Esteghlal F.C. Club Licensing will be provided.
