Iran’s U-17 Boys Team Drawn in Group D
The draw for the AFC U-17 Asian Cup 2026 Qualifiers was held on August 7, 2025, in Kuala Lumpur, and Iran’s national youth team now knows its path to the finals in Saudi Arabia.
Group D Composition
Iran was seeded in Pot 1 and placed in Group D, alongside:

- 🇵🇸 Palestine
- 🇹🇼 Chinese Taipei
- 🇱🇧 Lebanon
All matches in this group will be held at The Arena in Ahmedabad, India, from November 22 to 30, 2025 (corresponding to 1 to 9 Azar 1404).

- 38 teams are competing in 7 groups (3 groups of 6 teams, 4 groups of 5).
- Only the group winners will qualify for the final tournament in Saudi Arabia (May 7–24, 2026).
- They will join 9 teams already qualified via the FIFA U-17 World Cup 2025:
