Specialized Physical Fitness Evaluation of U17 Girls’ National Team Players at the PEC Building
After the morning training session, the national players underwent detailed evaluations of their physical condition at the PEC building.
On the second day of the Iran U17 girls’ national football team’s training camp, the players, after completing their morning session, attended a series of specialized physical fitness assessments at the PEC (Performance Evaluation Center).
These tests were conducted with the aim of comprehensively measuring the players’ physical condition and included evaluations in various areas such as muscular strength, endurance, flexibility, speed, agility, balance, and body composition. Using advanced equipment, precise data was collected on each player’s physical status.
The main goal of these evaluations is to obtain a clear picture of the physical fitness level of the youth players and to identify each individual’s strengths and areas for improvement. This data helps the technical staff design and implement personalized training and recovery programs based on scientific understanding of the players’ conditions.
The Iran U17 girls’ national football team will continue its training sessions in morning and afternoon shifts until August 8, and this camp is considered the first serious step in preparing for the AFC U17 Women’s Asian Cup qualifiers.
