AFC Announces Draw Date for 2026 AFC Futsal Asian Cup – Indonesia
AFC has confirmed the date and details for the official draw of the 18th edition of the AFC Futsal Asian Cup qualifiers, with the final tournament set to be hosted by Indonesia in 2026.
The draw ceremony for the 2026 AFC Futsal Asian Cup qualification stage will be held online on Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 3:00 PM (local time) in Malaysia.
This will be the 18th edition of the prestigious continental futsal championship, and Indonesia will serve as the host nation. The Southeast Asian country previously hosted the tournament in 2002, marking a return after more than two decades.
Iran’s men’s national futsal team, the most successful side in the history of the competition, enters the upcoming qualifiers as defending champions, having won the 2024 edition.
The AFC is expected to confirm the list of 30 participating nations and their seeding soon, based on FIFA and AFC rankings and recent performances.
Further details on qualification groups, match dates, and host countries for the qualifying rounds will be released following the draw.
