women’s football national team held another tactical training session this afternoon.

The national women’s team continued their training camp today with a session that started at 17:00 on Pitch No. 2 of the National Football Center.

Head coach Marziyeh Jafari emphasized tactical execution in both defense and attack, outlining detailed instructions to the players at the beginning of the session.

The training began with warm-up and stretching drills, followed by tactical exercises such as counter-attacking, ball possession, and effective use of wide channels.

Later, the squad was divided into smaller groups, each working on position-specific drills across different areas of the field under close supervision of the coaching staff.
