Iran Football League Organization Issues Second Public Call for Stadium Advertising Contractor for 2025–2026 Season

According to the Iran Football League Organization’s official announcement, the project includes environmental advertising across stadiums hosting matches in the Persian Gulf Pro League, Azadegan League, Hazfi Cup, and the Super Cup. The organization seeks a licensed advertising agency with proven experience and capabilities in executing large-scale sports marketing campaigns.

Applicant Requirements:

  • Relevant business scope as stated in the company’s articles of association

  • Official license from competent authorities

  • Minimum five years of experience in sports advertising

  • Skilled staff in management, public relations, marketing, commerce, design, and execution

  • Adequate financial capability confirmed by bank documentation

  • Ability to provide a bid security of 180 billion IRR and a performance guarantee of 10% of the proposed contract value

  • Letters of satisfaction or commendation from previous clients

  • Documented relevant work history

  • No outstanding debt to the Iran Football League or Iran Football Federation and no pending legal cases related to these bodies

Project Location:
All stadiums across Iran hosting the designated football competitions.

Scope of Work:
All activities related to exploiting marketing opportunities and executing stadium-based environmental advertisements throughout the country.

Financial Terms:
The winning bidder must deposit IRR 1.44 trillion within seven days of contract award. The remaining amount will be settled in equal monthly installments from September 2025 through April 2026, using registered checks compliant with the national banking system.

  • Location: Iran Football League Office, 3rd Floor, No. 26, Sheikh Bahaei Sq., Tehran

  • Document fee: IRR 50,000,000 payable to the League’s account at Post Bank

  • Proposal submission deadline: 12:00 PM, Sunday, June 18, 2025

  • Bid opening: 2:00 PM, Sunday, June 18, 2025, at the League President’s office
