Focused Yet Energetic Training Session for Team Melli Under National Head Coach’s Supervision
The Iranian national football team began today's session by dividing players into three groups. The players worked on short passing drills, obstacle navigation, and endurance training.
The session continued with possession-based exercises and one-touch games, during which Head Coach Amir Ghalenoei actively participated alongside his players—fostering a friendly, energetic, and highly motivated atmosphere.
Players were then divided into smaller groups to conduct position-specific drills across different sections of the pitch, focusing on tailored tactical routines.
The main tactical session took place on the northern side of the pitch, where the coaching staff reviewed team strategies in preparation for upcoming matches. The session concluded with a full intrasquad scrimmage as the final phase of the morning workout.
Hojjat Karimi, a member of the Executive Committee of the Football Federation, was also present at the session, closely observing the performance and dedication of the players.
