According to the decisions made in the Standardization Headquarters of Premier League Stadiums, the host clubs in the first week will be allowed to accompany and attend only if they take the following measures. The fans in the stadiums will have:

1- Electronic sale of race tickets through the online ticketing system.
2- Installation of electronic gates for spectators to enter the stadium.
3-Zoning of platforms and numbering of seats and placement of spectators based on ticket and seat numbers.
4- Ordering and organizing the placement of spectators on the platforms through the supporters of the club.
It is worth mentioning that Takhti stadiums in Tehran and Ghadir Ahvaz are not able to hold matches in the first week of Premier League matches due to the lack of entrance gates for the spectators and the inappropriate quality of the grass and light of the stadium.
