Iranian Football Clubs Ready for Asian Competitions,

President Confirms Clubs' Readiness for Asia

President: Iranian Clubs Head to Asia with Confidence

Mehdi Taj, following a consultative meeting with the managers of the four Asian clubs, stated: "We had a very good meeting with the managers of Esteghlal, Tractor, Persepolis, and Sepahan. Besides being clubs in the Premier League, they represent Iran in Asia. They all provided their explanations. We discussed foreign players, and we allocated their participation to 60% of the games throughout the season."

He added: "We had three to four requests which were approved. This will happen for all clubs. They will go to Asia with greater confidence, and of course, there are requests that need to be reviewed."

The president of the federation continued: "The second topic was the discussion about the calmness of the stadiums, the stands, the leaders, and electronic tickets, which we discussed in detail for about 2-3 hours. We are trying to ensure a reliable setup for training competitions in the future."

The president added: "After that, we also visited the VAR room where referees are being trained. Right now, we have very experienced refereeing teams who have received and are receiving necessary training. We can use this system and we are in the process of acquiring the devices. A few devices have arrived, and hopefully, by the start of the league, the process of bringing all devices will be completed."
