According to the official website of the Football Federation and the Public Relations Department of the League Organization, the prestigious ceremony will be held with the presence of key football authorities, including the President of the Football Federation, the President of the League Organization, members of the Federation's Executive Committee, national team coaching staff, provincial football heads, club CEOs, members of federation committees and departments, players, coaches, referees, medical teams, club staff, and football veterans.

During the event, the best performers of the 2024–2025 season across various categories will be recognized and honored for their contributions and achievements.

It is also emphasized that any other event held under similar titles is unofficial and unauthorized. Only this officially sanctioned ceremony will represent the formal recognition of football excellence in Iran.
