60-Minute Morning Training Session at P.E.K. Center
Training session on Monday morning at the P.E.K. Performance Center as part of their ongoing preparations for the AFC Women’s Asian Cup qualifiers.
The session began at 10:30 AM and focused on physical and mental conditioning under the supervision of the coaching staff.
Prior to the on-field activities, the players participated in a pre-training analysis session, during which the technical team reviewed video footage and performance data to highlight key tactical and physical areas for improvement. These meetings are designed to enhance the players’ awareness and readiness for both fitness drills and afternoon tactical work.
The morning session lasted 60 minutes, and served as a preparatory step ahead of the team’s scheduled tactical training session later in the day.
